Pricing & Refund Policy

Pricing of fees are based upon Client selections according to (1) types of screenings completed, (2) amount of documents collected, (3) frequency of collection and (4) verifications performed.

No full refund will be provided upon ProQual by Pantera’s initiation of its services, including contractor and vendor credentialing services.  A partial refund of 85% of any fees paid may be provided if (1) ProQual by Pantera has not received any paperwork requested from the contractor or vendor being screened and (2) not more than seven (7) days have elapsed since the date on which ProQual by Pantera received payment from and on behalf of the contractor or vendor being screened.   In order to make a refund request, please fill out the form below and one of our team members will follow up with you regarding your request.
