Below you will find the information needed to start the process.
1. Fill out the information on the enrollment submission form (STEP 1).
2. Once you hit I’M READY; your company information will be cross-referenced to see if you have been through the ProQual/Assurance Screening process for one or more clients.
3. Once this cross-referencing process has been completed, you will receive a follow up communication from elitenetwork@proqualverified.com with the last steps needed to complete the process.
