What are the steps to become a part of the Elite?
Step One: Fill out the information on the enrollment submission form. Once you hit SUMBIT, your request for enrollment will go to our enrollment them, where your company information will be cross-referenced to see if you have been through the ProQual/Assurance Screening process for one or more clients. Once this cross-referencing process has been completed, you will receive a follow up communication from elitenetwork@proqualverified.com
Step Two: Follow the steps outlined in the enrollment email you received from elitenetwork@proqualverified.com. This email will contain a secured link where you will be directed to set up an account, and complete filling out your information, as well as have information on where you can submit requested support documentation. At the end you will be asked to pay the membership dues applicable to your membership level. To get started, click here.
What types of documents do I need to submit to become a part of the Elite?
As a minimum, your firm must submit the following documentation and information:
- Current Estimating, Operations, and Safety Contact Information including name, email, phone number so “Network Access Member” Prime Contractors and Builders may be able to contact you directly.
- CSI/Division/Trade Information including all categories applicable to your firm.
- Texas Project Location Preferences so “Network Access Member” Prime Contractors and Builders will find you when searching by project location needs.
- Texas Project Type Preferences so “Network Access Member” Prime Contractors and Builders will find you when searching by the project types your firm can perform to coordinate with their upcoming projects.
- List of 3 Recently Completed Projects so you may showcase the types of projects your firm completes to the “Network Access Member” Prime Contractor and Builders.
- Proof of Insurance Coverage in the form of a Sample Certificate of Insurance reflecting at a minimum currently in-force Commercial General Liability Coverage details and limit amounts.
- Texas Licenses held by your firm applicable to your trade, if applicable.
The below are optional document submissions reflecting items Prime Contractors and Builders typically ask to review as part of their pre-qualification requirements.
- MBE/DBE Information so your firm can found by your minority designations by Prime Contractors and Builders who have projects which must meet MBE participation goals.
- Bonding Capacity stating single and aggregate amounts. The Team at ProQual will make sure to help you keep this information updated quarterly.
- LEED™ certifications if applicable to your firm so you can be found by a Prime Contractor or Builder looking for LEED™ certified subcontractors.
- OSHA 300A Log and TCR/Total Case Rate Worksheets if applicable to your firm.
- 3 Year EMR (Experience Modification Rating) NCCI Sheets or Letter stating from your Workers’ Compensation Insurance provider stating ratings.
What if I do not have all the documents requested by the ProQual Elite Verified Network when I first enroll?
ProQual will notify you of missing documentation in order to make sure your firm doesn’t get overlooked by any Prime Contractor or Builder “Network Access Member”. You will receive emails and calls on the missing documents by the team at ProQual to help you keep your documentation up to date and on file. If something doesn’t apply to your firm, the ProQual team will note it on the system.
What if I have paid a fee to ProQual or Assurance Screening in the past, do I receive a discount on my dues?
YES! As part of the benefit of having gone through the ProQual/Assurance Screening Process in the past, your firm will be given a reduction in your membership dues. What if I am on the Elite Verified Network and a Prime Contractor wants my firm to go through the qualification process for them? Do I have to pay their fee if they are a ProQual/Assurance Screening client?
As a benefit, your firm will have up to 3 enrollment fees waived for any ProQual/Assurance Screening client. Because many of our client’s subcontractors are being qualified by other ProQual/Assurance Screening Prime Contractors and Builders, ProQual will waive up to 3 fees to make sure your firm not only benefits from ProQual Clients, but from those Clients who are only “Network Access Members”.
How will I know if I am missing information that a “Network Access Member” Prime Contractor or Builder wants to see on my firm?
The team at ProQual will notify you of missing documentation in order to make sure your firm doesn’t get overlooked by any General Contractor member. You will receive emails and calls on the missing documents. If something doesn’t apply to your firm, ProQual will note it on the system.
Am I responsible for keeping my data up-to-date with ProQual? How will I know it is time to update my data?
Yes and no. Because ProQual knows how important it is for everyone to have correct contact information on file, every quarter, ProQual team members will reach out to your main contact, and review with them your current information. These contacts will be made by phone and email. If we can’t successfully reach anyone, we will call your main office weekly, until we gather the correct contact information.
Can I login to the ProQual Elite Network website to update or view my information?
Yes. You will have the ability to login to the ProQual Elite Network website and submit documents, or update your contact information at any time.
